Finance C'tee approves biennial budget for 2013-14

The Knesset Finance Committee confirmed Wednesday that it would annul the two-year budget following the upcoming biennial budget for the years 2013-2014.Beginning in 2015 the state will present a one-year budget."There is no real control over spending, and there is no real option to refund the state revenue from the past two years," Finance Minister Yair Lapid said during his first appearance in front of the committee, explaining his reasoning for shelving the budget plan.
