Jacco Gardner to perform in Tel Aviv

Neo-Psych artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jacco Gardner will perform at the Barby Club in Tel Aviv on December 10 as part of a trans-continental tour for his sophomore record, Hypnophobia.
The performance will be Gardner’s first in Israel.
Gardner, who was born in the Netherlands, will be accompanied on stage with four other musicians that evening.
His music is influenced by Billy Nicholls, Duncan Browne, The Zombies, The Beach Boys, Curt Boettcher, Pink Floyd, Bo Grumpus and others.
Hypnophobia follows the ‘60s-era psychedelic revival of the past few years. New Musical Express and Consequence of Sound compared Gardner’s latest record to his contemporary, the Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala.
Gardner released his debut single, “Clean the Air,” with “A House on the Moon” as its B-side, in February 2012 on Action Weekend Records. He is attributed with performing every instrument on his records except for drums.
