Meretz MKs, activists tour contentious Ulpana outpost

Meretz MKs and party activists on Tuesday toured the Ulpana neighborhood of Beit El to protest against what they view as a disregard for a Supreme Court decision to demolish illegal structures in the area.The High Court of Justice had ordered the evacuation of the 30 homes in the West Bank outpost by May 1 because they were built on land classified as private Palestinian property, but on Sunday granted a state appeal to postpone the demolition for 60 days.The MKs had coordinated their visit earlier in the week with relevant police authorities, but approximately forty party activists arrived without receiving permission.Read the full story hereAnti-Israel activists vandalize Texas congressman's office door
