Police arrest settler on suspicion of 'price tag' attack

A settler was arrested on suspicion of carrying out an arson attack in a Palestinian village overnight. Police said the suspect arrived at the West Bank village of Nabielias, torched a vehicle, and spray painted anti-Arab hate graffiti.
Police said a vehicle used by the suspect to travel to the village was recovered, and used to track the suspect down. Police arrested the car's owner on Thursday morning.
