Report: 11 staffers contract tuberculosis at TA hospital

A doctor and 10 staff members working at the Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv were reported on Tuesday to have contracted tuberculosis from their work with African migrants and are now receiving preventative treatment, Channel 2 reported.
The 11 hospital employees are reported to be carrying the latent form of the bacteria, or LTBI, and are not in danger of spreading the pathogen.
