Report: Islamic state claims responsibility for Afghanistan attacks

CAIRO - Islamic state claimed responsibility for two explosions that killed at least 25 people in the Afghan capital Kabul, the group's Amaq news agency said on Monday.It said two suicide bombers blew themselves up at an Afghan intelligence compound in Kabul killing or wounding a total of 50 people.
