Report: Israeli missile hits motorcyclist in Sinai

An unknown explosion killed an Egyptian motorcyclist in central Sinai on Sunday, which Egyptian news source Dunia Al-Watan attributed to an Israeli airstrike.
The target of the attack, Ibrahim Awaydat Nasr, was allegedly struck by a missile fired from an Israeli plane near the Israeli-Egyptian border, causing an enormous explosion according to eyewitnesses.
Egyptian daily Al-Masry Al-Youm cited security sources as saying that the explosion was likely caused by the explosive materials in the man's possession or a mine left over from the country's past wars.
Egyptian security sources reported that they were investigating the incident and the alleged Israeli breach of the Egyptian border.
The IDF stated that it was not aware of the incident.
