Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin will take his first trip abroad since returning to the post a year and a half ago when he leaves on Wednesday for an international parliamentary conference taking place in Morocco.Rivlin will meet the Moroccan foreign minister and parliamentary speaker as well as parliament members from all over the world at the event, which will be attended by representatives of 70 countries.Rivlin did not leave the country until now, because he was waiting for the Knesset House Committee to clarify the law regarding whether his wife was permitted to travel with him at taxpayers' expense.
