Steinitz asks to extend tax breaks for southern residents

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz on Tuesday asked the Finance Committee to extend government tax breaks for residents of Israel's South due to the ongoing rocket attacks facing residents."The taxt breaks for the residents of Sderot and the Gaza envelope assist in dealing with the difficulties resulting from the deteriorating security situation," Steinitz said.
