The Palestinian policemen involved in the incident were not part of the reconstruction, and remain under investigation by the Palestinian Authority.
Palestinian policemen shot and killed Ben-Yosef Livnat, 24, a father of four, as he led a group of Breslev worshipers out of the city after they had prayed at the tomb. Four more Israeli worshipers were wounded.
Culture and Sport Minister Limor Livnat, the victim's aunt, has called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to take steps to enable more Jews to pray at the site.
