Israel "punching above its weight in cyber."
The report surveys a range of current and recent cyber attacks by Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS and most importantly Iran, in terms of their potential impact on Israeli elections going forward.
The Israeli cyber intelligence firm ClearSky claims that the terrorist organization used fake Facebook profiles to take control of cellular devices and enable tracking and outgoing calls.
In the past, it has claimed some success in tampering with websites belonging to Yad Vashem, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Israel Defense Forces, the Knesset and the court system.
