Police Insp.-Gen. Yochanan Danino said that progress has been made in the investigation into the attempted assassination of former police detective Eldad Hadad in Nahariya earlier this month.

Hadad was one of four former officers released from prison a number of months ago after being convicted of planting explosives at the home of a known major crime figure. The officers became known as the "vigilante cops."
