The terrorists involved in the attack along the Egyptian border Monday wanted to stop construction of the border fence, said Defense Ministry director-general Udi Shani.
"We will speed it up and end earlier than planned," Shani stated.
An Israeli-Arab father of four was killed in the attack which targeted a group of workmen involved in constructing the border fence.
