Dir.-gen. of farmers' union arrested for threatening message

The Director-General of the Cattle Farmers' Union, Yaakov Bachar, was arrested Tuesday evening after a complaint against him was filed by a senior official in the Finance Ministry, Army Radio reported.

The official, Shaul Maridor, said that he received a text message from Bachar saying that cattle farmers would stage a demonstration outside of Maridor's house.
