Dozens of social protesters were demonstrating outside the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality against police violence Monday evening. Mayor Ron Huldai was conducting a city council meeting inside the building. A number of activists were inside the meeting.

A no-confidence vote against Huldai was expected to be brought to a vote in the meeting.
