At least five people have been injured on a flight flying from Lyon, France to Israel after it encountered heavy turbulence on Wednesday evening.

Emergency crews were ready and waiting to deal with the injured at the Ben-Gurion Airport prior to the flights arrival.
The flight landed safely at Ben-Gurion Airport just after 6 p.m.
