Uzi Rubin warned on Wednesday that Iran is accelerating production of surface-to-air missiles and has surpassed North Korea in terms of ballistic missile technology, Army Radio reported.

Rubin, who is an engineer and defense analyst, served as the first head of the Israel Missile Defense Organization in the Ministry of Defense.
