BRUSSELS — Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says Tehran is ready to resume talks with the international community on its nuclear program within a few weeks.

Mottaki told reporters Friday that October or November would be "a good time" for restarting the talks.

He did not specify a date.
