Hatnua MK Amram Mitzna said there needs to be a reform in the army, during an interview with Israel Radio.

Mitzna, who also serves as a general in the army reserves, said that since Syria and Egypt are at a low point in terms of their army strength, Israel should change their priorities in terms of the budget.

His sentiment was echoed by MK Binyamin Ben-Eliezer who said that with all of the changes going on in the world, the IDF needs to be ready for anything that might happen.
