The positions of Israel and the United states are closer than ever, said Israel's Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren in an interview with Israel Radio on Sunday.

"There were tactical disagreements between us only, and we overcame them," Owen said.

According to the ambassador, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was returning from New York with achievements from the dialogue at the United Nations General Assembly.
