Police arrest internet conman after 250,000 shekel spree

Police arrested an Internet conman on Wednesday.  The man set up an Internet marketing company and bought 250,000 shekels worth of goods over the phone, using two credit cards.

After receiving the goods in the post he notified suppliers that the goods hadn't arrived and canceled the payments.
