Police in Haifa who were called to a home on Wednesday were stunned to discover no fewer than 30 snakes being held in cages.The snakes were being held by a man, who was arrested for illegal possession of the animals.The officers arrived at the address after being alerted by Social Services of alleged neglect of the man's children.
