Right-wing activist Federman acquitted of assault

Right-wing activist Noam Federman was acquitted on Monday of assaulting an activist from the "Breaking the Silence" organization near the grave of Baruch Goldstien three years ago.
Titzhak Shamoni, the judge at Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, said that it was a minority incident that did not cause any damage.
"The circumstances of the incident, the place where is happened and the public interest do not justify Federman's conviction.
