Stone-throwers pelt tourist group outside Jerusalem church; woman wounded

A tourist was lightly wounded on Monday by stone-throwers on a roof who pelted a group of visitors at Saint Anne's Church in Jerusalem, police said.

Paramedics transferred the wounded woman to Hadassah University Medical Center on the capital's Mount Scopus with light wounds to the head.

Police launched searches for the perpetrators of the incident that occurred outside the Roman Catholic church near Lion's Gate.
