Supreme Court: Katsav raped Aleph

A panel of Supreme Court justices announced Thursday morning their decision that former president Moshe Katsav did rape Aleph, one of two counts of rape that were brought against him.
The Supreme Court convened Thursday to announce their verdict almost a year after the former head of state was convicted of two counts of rape, two counts of sexual harassment, an indecent act using force and obstruction of justice.
