US: Iran won't be able to produce nuclear weapon until 2013

US State Department officials estimate that Iran will be unable to develop a nuclear weapon in the next four years despite previous assessments, a congressional document recently disclosed read. According to the Washington Post, the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research pointed stated that Iran would be unable to produce weapons-grade material before 2013. The report however, emphasized that findings were based on technical capability and not an analysis of the period which Teheran "might make any political decision."
