Aura Investment is investing NIS 92 million into the development of a residential building in Hungary for the first time.
Construction of the residential building, tailored for up to 360 units, will start in July 2007 and is expected to take three to four years for completion. Aura is estimated to generate NIS 132m in revenues from the project. Hungary is the second city in eastern Europe, after Romania, where Aura is in the final stages of opening a shopping center.
