Bircon to sell WaterChef products

Melville, N.Y.-based WaterChef Inc. said Tuesday it signed a cooperation agreement with Bircon Ltd. under which Bircon will become WaterChef's non-exclusive supplier for the PureSafe Water station products in Israel and Europe.

Melville, N.Y.-based WaterChef Inc. said Tuesday it signed a cooperation agreement with Bircon Ltd. under which Bircon will become WaterChef's non-exclusive supplier for the PureSafe Water station products in Israel and Europe. Bircon, an engineering firm specializing in ozone systems design and engineering, has an ozone development center in Israel, offices in Zurich, and manufacturing facilities in China. Under the agreement, Bircon's CEO and Chief Technical Officer, Gil Tenne, will join WaterChef as Chief Engineering Consultant, with responsibility for the coordination of WaterChef's product development, engineering and production functions.
