Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank has launched a video conference service that allows customers joining the'managers bank account' service to speak with their banker face to face using a web camera and a microphone. The call center operating the service includes 50 bankers who were trained to serve the banks' managers account customers via a conference video call. Customers who choose not to be seen during the conversation with the banker will be able to push a button.
