Nuclear talks with iran

Iran, amid US domestic turmoil and new sanctions, is prioritizing ties with Europe, Egypt, and Arab states, while leveraging nuclear talks and intelligence to pressure the US and isolate Israel.

Of course, allowing and blocking uranium enrichment are polar opposites, so the two by definition cannot coexist – or can't they?

Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff reportedly presented Iran with a “detailed and acceptable proposal” for a nuclear agreement.

US officials have indicated that, in the absence of an agreement, they may consider other measures—including military options—to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.
