The head of Bnei Brak’s Sanitation Department Nati Nahum was tested and found to carry the coronavirus, N12 reporter Or Ravid tweeted on Sunday.
The news caused a series of city officials to begin home quarantine, among them assistant to the city's vice-mayor Elyahu Arend.
