Israel is unprepared for an earthquake, according to a report released by State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss on Wednesday."A red flag is waving in front of the prime minister and Israel's government," Lindenstrauss said about the report's results, which were presented to the Knesset Control Committee on Wednesday.
