Hariri: Assured Israel won't be allowed to strike Lebanon

Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad Hariri said he had received international  assurances that Israel would not be allowed to open war against Lebanon again, Israel Radio reported on Wednesday.
At a meeting of newspaper editors in Beirut the Premier said he’d been told Israel’s threats and accusations were aimed at raising tension in the area. Hariri said French President Nicolas Sarkozy was among those allaying his fears.
