Indictment amended in the case of Anat Kom

After 9 months of house arrest, a plea bargain is being formulated in the case of Anat Kom, Channel 2 news reported Monday evening.

According to the report, the amended indictment does not mention that Kom intended to harm state security, a crime which results in a life sentence.

Kom is expected to plead guilty to the possession and distribution of secret information and a court will rule on her punishment.
