Jimmy Wales: We're seeing consumer-driven media revolution

Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales said that the massive numbers of people in developing countries getting online for the first time will have a huge impact in the future, speaking at the President's Conference on Thursday. Wales added that new communication trends are a "social innovation," not a technical one.
"We're still very much at the beginning of consumer-driven media revolution," he said.
