The Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court released on Tuesday a right-wing activist who was violently arrested by a border policeman on Monday in the West Bank.
The court rejected a request by police, which argued that the man should remain in detention because he scuffled with a policeman. However, during the course of the hearing, the judge watched footage caught of the incident which showed the activist being beaten by the policeman and defending himself.
