Man whose son died in 'Nakba Day' attack, takes own life

Nearly six months after his son was killed in a terror attack on 'Nakba Day', David Morag, 61, was laid to rest Wednesday a day after taking his own life inside his office. Morag left behind his wife and three daughters.
Morag was the last person to speak to his son Aviv, then 29, before he was run over on May 15th by Isa Islam. The Kfar Kasim truck driver is accused of crashing his 20-ton truck into cars and a bus on Haim Bar-Lev road in South Tel Aviv, killing Aviv Morag and wounding 17 others. Morag said he was on the phone with Aviv when he was hit and the line suddenly went dead.
At his son's funeral, Morag was filmed holding a microphone saying that his last request is "that the murderer who did this will never step out of prison."
On Tuesday, the bereaved father drove to his office in Emek Hafar where he hung himself.
