The Ministerial Committee for Legislation decided Sunday to support the "Anat Kamm" bill, which calls on a distinction to be made between individuals who reveal confidential documents with intention to harm the state, and those who reveal confidential information without authorization and without intent to harm national interests.
According to the bill, the sentence served by those who make an unauthorized exposure will receive lesser sentences.
