Mofaz denounces PM on gas price rise

Incoming opposition leader Shaul Mofaz condemned Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Thursday for the impending rise in gas prices.
"The Prime Minister crossed another red line today," Mofaz said. "A moment before the holiday of freedom [Passover], the Israeli government of Israel added an additional, extraneous burden on the nation of Israel."
Energy and Water Minister Uzi Landau announced Thursday that gas prices will rise to NIS 8.15 per liter on April 1.
