'Super Tanker' set to arrive Saturday; can fly at night

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Saturday gave orders to rent the world's largest fire-fighting aircraft, called a Super Tanker, which is owned by a private US company located in Arizona called Evergreen.
Unlike other fire-fighting aircraft sent to help fight the Carmel fire, it can operate at night. It can drop 21,000 gallons (80,000 liters) of water in a single run, which is 16 times more than the capacity of the aircraft now at the scene.Netanyahu has ordered the immediate transfer of the money needed to rent the plane.
