U.N. Secretary-General: Syria is 'most serious threat to int'l peace and security'

Speaking at the opening of an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council, Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that Syria represents the "most serious threat to international peace and security" of our time.
He called on member states to "show restraint" and to act "consistently with the United Nations Charter and international law in general."
