ZAKA confirmed Thursday evening that the organization's volunteers had indeed conducted a new search for missing IDF soldier Guy Hever. The search, conducted in the Odem Forest on the Golan Heights, was carried out after an Israeli civilian contacted ZAKA with some information, said the rescue and recovery organization. However, the search was called off Thursday afternoon after nothing was found, said ZAKA in a statement. Hever went missing on the Golan Heights 12 years ago.
