An activist group asked the journal to change the address to say "Ariel University, illegal Israeli settlement of Ariel, Occupied Palestinian Territory."
The suspect was reportedly neutralized and captured by security forces.
Ariel is home to 20,000 residents, boasts the only Jewish university and medical school in the West Bank and aspires to one day open a hospital.
The defense minister reportedly gave the order after meeting with Tamar Ettinger, widow of Rabbi Ahiad Ettinger, who was killed at Ariel Junction last year along with 19-year-old St.-Sgt. Gal Keidan.

The investigation of the incident, overseen by Brigadier General Avi Gil, found that the soldiers at the Ariel junction that day were not mentally or operationally prepared to carry out their duties.
