Maj.-Gen. (res.) Gadi Shamni underscored the importance of a coherent plan and a Gaza blockade, stating, "We lack a strategy for the post-conflict period."

In threats made against the Lebanon-based Hezbollah after remarks by its leader Hassan Nasrallah, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant warned: "We haven't even 10% of the IAF's power in Gaza."

He also noted that "Israel has not achieved any accomplishment that it can present to its citizens; they are still unable to present an image of 'victory' or an image of 'defeat' to the resistance."

Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah is set to speak on Saturday afternoon in his second address since the war began.

Hezbollah has power without responsibility, operating its own mini-administration across the nation with a great degree of impunity.

It is clear that Nasrallah is worried about any potential escalation.

"The so-called Axis of Resistance has been dealing with the Palestinian issue for years and is only a means of implementing Iran's agenda in the region," Prince Abdulrahman bin Mosaad said.

"Yehya Sinwar made a mistake and sealed Hamas's fate, as well as the fate of the Gaza Strip. If Nasrallah makes a mistake, he will seal Lebanon's," Gallant warned from the North.
