Daphni Leef re-pitches her tent on Rothschild Blvd.

Leader of the summer's social justice movement Daphni Leef re-pitched her tent on Rothschild Boulevard Sunday night, six months after she pitched the first tent of Tel Aviv's tent city to protest the high cost of living.
"I pitched a tent," she posted on Facebook, "let's wait and see."
Activist Tomer Berman told The Jerusalem Post that four tents had been pitched but that the police had later cleared them.  Passers-by estimated that there were some 100 activists on the boulevard, singing and talking. Berman said that they planned to stay there all night, and intended to re-pitch the tents.
Earlier on Sunday, Police and Border Patrolmen cleared out the Hatikva neighborhood tent city, several months after the encampment was set up in what residents said was a protest demanding housing for disadvantaged and homeless residents of the campsite.
