PM slams protesters who 'talk only about dividing the pie'

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday slammed his detractors and social justice protesters, saying that they "talk only about dividing the pie and not about making it bigger."
Speaking at the Globes business conference in Tel Aviv, Netanyahu added, "If you only deal with dividing the pie, very quickly you will be left with only crumbs. I am telling you that I deal with the question of making the pie bigger. By the way, with a growing pie, the distribution is better."
Netanyahu emphasized the importance of developing new markets for Israeli goods. He cited President Shimon Peres's recent trip to Vietnam and Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz's pending trip to India as examples of Israel's attempts to find new markets for Israeli goods.
"Any minister that wants to travel to China, I tell him 'go,'" Netanyahu stated. "That is a giant market and if we get a small piece of it we will experience growth that is so essential to our needs."
