Settlers leaders plan to protest by the prime minister's office Sunday morning to demand that it pass the Levy report, which states that West Bank settlements are legal under international law.

Settlers and right-wing politicians are lobbying the prime minister to pass the report. Settler leaders decided to stage the protest when they understood that the cabinet was not planning to debate the report, which they hoped would be on the agenda, on Sunday.
