Foreign minister reportedly congratulates the people of Libya for their "victory" and calls for deepening of bilateral ties between nations.

Iran has invited the chairman of Libya's National Transitional Council to visit Teheran, according to an Iranian foreign ministry statement quoted by the AFP news agency Tuesday.
