Arab League delays summit by year to March 2012

CAIRO - A summit of Arab leaders has been postponed by a year to March 2012 because of turmoil in the region, but will still be held in Iraq as originally planned, the Arab League said on Thursday.
A League official also said foreign ministers would meet on May 15 to discuss who would lead the League after Amr Moussa, the secretary-general who is due to step down this month.
